Helicobacter pylori Experiment Data
- Dispense 500ul/well of the solution to a 24-well plate.
- Add 1ul, 3ul, 5ul, and 10ul of the recovered strain sample to the solution by resuspension in 5ml of 5DW.
- Check the time-dependent response at RT after tapping.
